The Lodge rents to MEMBERS ONLY. If you are not a member, you MUST fill out an application and be approved as a member. We have to do this because we are a private club and this satisfies the Moose International by-laws and the IRS.
All Drinks have to be supplied by the Lodge. A bartender will be provided at $80.00 for 4 hours, plus $15.00 per hr. for any time over 4 hours. A $169.00 Risk-pool premium MUST be paid if ANY alcohol is served.
The kitchen is NOT to be accessed. This is due to liability issues. Catering is welcomed.
A $300.00 Deposit on All events is to be returned within 3 business days after the event if there is no damage and the event space is returned to its’ original state. (All trash removed to the dumpster, all tables cleaned and placed in their appointed position, chairs replaced or stacked as needed and all floors cleaned of spills and swept. Any signage must be removed without damage.)
Rental begins when the doors are unlocked and ends when the facility is cleaned.
Up to 20 people: $50.00/hour
20 to 80 people: $75.00/hour
80 to 300 $150.00/hour
Non-profit charitable organizations are offered a special rate.
